Delivery Information

Damaged Printed Magazines & Compromised Mail

If your order or physical magazine has suffered damage in transit, or has been opened or tampered with, please complain to your postal service. If your magazine or order has damage, it is their responsibility to provide compensation. For UK orders see: www.royalmail.com/retail-compensation-policy-damage

Once your claim is raised and compensation received, we are more than happy to then accept a new order for a replacement (we can add extra packaging to the replacement order if necessary).

UK Orders

For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail Second Class or Hermes to keep your order prices lower. Second Class Signed is also offered for greater peace of mind. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that may be lost in the post or delivered to the wrong address, so the Second Class Signed post option is recommended for UK customers - this way we have some comeback and compensation available if we need to try to claim for damage or lost items with Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive to UK customers within 5 working days (providing we are not on annual leave, holidays etc).

International Orders

For International orders we use Royal Mail International Standard and Royal Mail International Tracked delivery options. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that may be lost in the post or delivered to the wrong address, so the Royal Mail International Tracked delivery option is recommended for International customers - this way we have some comeback and compensation available if we need to try to claim for damage or lost items with Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive to International customers within 14 working days (providing we are not on annual leave, holidays etc). Orders can however take up to 25 working days due to international customs departments sometimes needing to check your package contents before delivery.
